Seawall Art Show Committee

All the preparation for Seawall Art Show is completed by a committee totally composed of volunteers. The first committee meeting is usually held in February with monthly meetings through July plus extra meetings and work sessions in August as needed. A wrap up meeting is held in late September and then it's time to begin to prepare for the next year. For these dedicated art enthusiasts, serving on this committee is truly a labor of love.

It is the aim of this committee that all profits go back to the cause of art within the city of Portsmouth. In recent years the committee voted to help fund exhibits in the Courthouse Galleries and in 2008 made a donation to the renovation and expansion of the NEW Children's Museum of Virginia.
