| FEES: Enclose $35.00 (application fee) check made payable to Seawall Art Show. This is non-refundable. Check or money order only -- cash will not be accepted. POSTMARK DEADLINE FOR ENTRY: FEBRUARY 1, 2007. APPLICATION: PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION CAREFULLY. When submitting application, please complete all information. PLEASE PRINT OR TYPE. SLIDES AND JURYING: THREE (3) IMAGES (SLIDES OR 4x6 INCH DIGITAL PICTURES) REPRESENTATIVE OF WORK INTENDED FOR DISPLAY MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR EACH CATEGORY ENTERED. Work found to be non-representative will be removed from the show by the Seawall Art Show Committee. Applicant must also submit one (1) image of display. Slides must be 2x2 format. Glass or metal slides will not be accepted. Each image must be clearly visible and marked to indicate TOP and FRONT and MUST include the ARTISTS NAME. All artists who were presented awards in 2005 and 2006 do not have to submit slides or digital pictures if current work is representative of previous images. All images will be returned to those not selected to exhibit when so notified. Images belonging to accepted artists will be used for reference during the show and will be returned to artists by volunteers on Sunday afternoon. Unclaimed images will be held until October 1, 2007. Work will be selected for quality, originality and consistency. All decisions of the Jury Committee are final. There is no quota for each category; however the Seawall Art Show Committee reserves the right to create balance for the show. NOTIFICATION: A self-addressed, stamped envelope of standard business size must accompany the application. This envelope will be used for notification of jury selection or rejection. Applications must be postmarked by FEBRUARY 1, 2007. Notice of acceptance or rejection will be mailed the first week of March, 2006. Upon acceptance, the space fee of $145.00 is due April 13, 2007. EARLY SETUP: Exhibitors may load in and perform basic setup between 5:30-8 p.m. on August 24th. Artists will be assisted with unloading as they arrive. (Sales will not be permitted until the opening of the show on August 25, 2007) BOOTH REMOVAL: All booths must be totally dismantled and removed by 7 p.m. following the 5 p.m. close of the show on Sunday, August 26.
