RULES FOR THE SHOW:

* Artists may show only in those categories for which he/she has been accepted. Artists wishing to exhibit more than one art
form must complete an application, images and fees for each.  Only one medium may be displayed in a booth.  Artists'
Liaison Committee will visit all artists early on Saturday to review the artwork and display.  Their decision in regard to
recommended modifications will be final once the Seawall Art Show Committee has been notified. No work that is more
than 3 years old will be considered for an award nor displayed during the judging process.

* Spaces will be 10’ x 10’. In order to keep congestion at a minimum, 3-sided or frontal only displays are allowed. We will
attempt to honor special considerations but cannot guarantee all requests will be honored. Tents are required and should be
appropriately weighted (no stakes) keeping in mind that strong winds arise quickly along the Seawall. No reproductions
(prints) may be exhibited during the judging process; however, such representative artwork may be displayed at any other
time during the show.

* All reproductions (mechanical, photo offset, computer generated, etc.) may be displayed if properly labeled as such. Prices
must be clearly displayed on all work. Each exhibitor is responsible for applicable sales taxes. No sale or discount signs may
be exhibited at any time during the show.

* Only artists displaying their own work may participate.  No agents or representatives will be accepted. The following
categories are not acceptable: shell art, dried flowers, puppets, children’s toys, soap art, feathers and furniture that is not of
an original artistic design. Objects made from kits are not acceptable. The Seawall Art Show Committee reserves the right to
remove any work from the show that does not meet its standards.

* The Seawall Art Show does not, at the present time, have a rain site. Artists are encouraged to have suitable materials to
protect their work from sudden inclement weather. Exhibitors must display for the duration of the show and must preside
over their own exhibits. Artists are to be set up and ready for business by 10 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Sales will not be
permitted prior to this time.

* The Seawall Art Show Committee will make no refunds for removal from the show. Space fees are not refundable after
July 1, 2007.

* The Artists' Liaison Committee will review all displays at intervals throughout the show for the purpose of being certain that
the rules are followed. The Seawall Art Show Committee reserves the right to remove any work/s that violate the rules.
Repeated violations may result in an artist being requested to remove the entire exhibit.
